Asda adheres to several Risk Management strategies to minimize risk and protect company investments, among which are a Liability Insurance and Builder on Risk Insurance. These are obtained for each new site in case of loss of property or dwelling prior being transferred to the client. This releases the construction company and the client from the risk that may arise from payments on materials used by subcontractors that have not been paid for by the subcontractors. Each client carries Disability Insurance Policywhile each employee is also covered by the same.
